All products sold by ATJ & Co. are handmade. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight variations in color, engraving placement, wood grain, pattern, and size are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Prices are displayed in the selected store currency at checkout. Orders will not begin production until payment has been received in full.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
Custom and personalized orders require agreement on the design, pricing, and timeline before production begins.
Please review all names, dates, spellings, and personalization details carefully before submitting your order. ATJ & Co. is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
Once production has started, custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
